Total Maintenance Solutions (TMS) specialise in delivering quality electrical services, automatic access, renewable energy and plumbing solutions to clients across the Greater Geelong region. 

In 2000 the directors acquired a small maintenance organisation to form Total Maintenance Services Pty Ltd, a multi-service commercial maintenance company. In the early years, TMS delivered building, electrical and plumbing services, and over the years, to keep up with market demand, TMS continued to grow and add new services to the offering – now, more than two decades on, we continue to proudly serve our local Geelong community.  

Our reputation as a preferred maintenance contractor extends to a diverse clientele, including the Star of the Sea, Lifestyle Communities, St John of God Hospital Geelong, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Deakin University Waurn Ponds & Geelong, Woolworths Supermarkets, GMHBA, WorkSafe and many more Victorian businesses.  With a dedication to excellence, we’ve earned the trust of businesses and institutions across our region.

Geelong Arts Centre’s relationship with TMS has spanned many years in servicing our Automatic Doors on site, and we have recently expanded our existing agreement for specialist advice and services for minor projects and maintenance.

Renato and the Service team are extremely professional and provide an easy end-to-end service model which reduces the amount of time spent sourcing new Contractors, and handling supplier onboarding and insurance.

Inductions, Safety documentation and licenses are all managed by TMS, allowing our team to focus on responding to our customers – a huge win for our organisation.

Needed work done to my auto sliding gate. It wouldn’t open all of the way and the sensors didn’t work. TMS sent out Saxon and he did an amazing job and was a top bloke to deal with.
